DELIVERIES

Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, then will take 5–15 days to be delivered worldwide. Due to ongoing postal chain issues, delivery may occasionally be delayed for a few days due to postal restrictions. Please be understanding — we will make sure everyone receives their NuvraWorld products!

WHERE DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS FROM?

We hold inventory of our products in the UK, Germany, and Asia. Occasionally, if a location’s inventory is out of stock, we will dispatch your order from another country’s warehouse to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible!

All customs fees and clearance will be paid for prior to dispatch by NuvraWorld, so don’t worry — you will not have to pay any fees! Our worldwide delivery from any country typically takes around 7 days, but in rare cases, it could take up to 15 days.
