RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Friendly Reminder
You have 14 days from the date of delivery or receiving your order to return or exchange your item(s).
After that, we can no longer issue a store credit or replacement due to usage reasons.
Free items acquired via any promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
We don't provide shipping labels, so return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To ensure we can track the journey of your return, please use a tracked shipping method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale (discounted price) and/or that have been used.
To Be Eligible for a Return

Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of delivery/receiving the order.

Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

The product must be in new or undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
Returned products will be inspected, and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returns will need to be shipped to Australia at your cost.
We kindly ask that you take a photo of the item before sending it back.
This helps us evaluate its condition and ensures a smooth process — thank you!
Store Credit
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Store Credit equal to the paid price of the items returned.
You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card via email.
The gift card has no expiration date and can be shared with someone else.
Please note: As a small brand, we are unable to offer cash refunds or exceptions, even if an item is out of stock or for any other reason.
